I'm Lotte, a first year Patisserie student at AUT in Auckland NZ,
I'm starting this blog so I have somewhere other than instagram to put all the things I make.
also so the family and friends that don't have social media can check out what i'm up to.
I will share some of the wonderful things we do in class,
but I might share some personal stuff as well.
